The films participating in this competition, produced by one of the Mediterranean countries, must be wholly or partly produced.
Participating films must not  participated in a festival in the city of the festival.
The films should be translated into English, or French if not spoken.
Be produced from the current or previous year.
One or more films may be shared by one state
The length of the film must not be less than 60 minutes
